New Registration System
- Footaball Austrailia has mandated that all associations and clubs must use the Play Football 2.0 system for registrations. Note registrations close earlier this season due to the system change. CCF App will continued to be used for game schedules, competition tables and club notifications once the season commences.

- Any Player who has not paid their registration fees in full will not be able to play in any trials or games.Players will not be covered by player insurance until they have paid in full.

Registration Fees
2025 Returning Players – Early Bird Loyalty – $400
- Barnstoneworth players registered in season 2025 will receive $20 early bird loyalty discount if they register and pay by 15th February 2026. If a player takes up this Early Bird discount for season 2026 then the $400 registration fee will be locked in for season 2027 & 2028 as long as the player continues to play for Barnstoneworth United Central Coast.
2025 Returning Players – (After 15th February 2026) – $420
New Players – $420

- FNSW Capitation
- FNSW Insurance
- CCF Player Registration Fees
- CCF Team Nomination Fees
- Council Ground hire fee.
- Shorts & Club Polo for New Players
Registration Fees Exclude
- Referee and Assistants Fees. CCF invoices teams each month. Capped at $500 per team for 2026
- Shorts & Socks
- Club Merchandise.
Registration Refunds 2026
- A full refund can be requested before the CCF season commences on 10/4/2026. The refund request will need to be approved by Barnstoneworth United ,CCF, Football Australia and Football NSW in order to receive a refund. Once the CCF Season has commenced, NO refund of any registration Fees will be available. (As per FA, FNSW Policy)

- Before you start the online registration process, make sure you have a passport style photo ready to upload. (Your photo cannot contain hats, glasses, masks, kids or partners.)
